The Community Hall was constructed by the community using funds raised by the community and through the then Yarrowlumla Shire Council using developer contributions under section 94 of the Local Government Act. Community Block
The Community Block, at Gathering Place (off Douglas Close), Radcliffe, hosts the Carwoola Community Hall (opened on Australia Day 1993), the Carwoola Rural Fire Brigade Shed, a horse dressage arena and pre-school children's play area.

Bowen Park
Bowen Park is located in Bowen Street, Radcliffe (access via Kearns Parade). Facilities include barbeque, shelter, basketball hardcourt, and a flat area for horse riding or playing cricket. Tree planting was carried out in 1985. Fencing for the hardcourt was carried out in June 2004.

Molonglo River Park Reserve
Molonglo River Park Reserve is located at the end of Molonglo River Drive. It consists of a community block, water reserve (declared in the late 19th century) and public reserve, including the wetland area at the confluence of the Molonglo River and Stoney Creek.
