Bowen Park is located in Bowen Street, Radcliffe (access via Kearns Parade). Facilities include barbeque, shelter, basketball hardcourt, and a flat area for horse riding or playing cricket. Tree planting was carried out in 1985. Fencing for the hardcourt was carried out in June 2004.
The Community Block, at Gathering Place (off Douglas Close), Radcliffe, hosts the Stoney Creek Area Community Hall (opened on Australia Day 1993), the Stoney Creek Rural Fire Brigade Shed, the horse arena and pre-school children’s play area.
Molonglo River Park Reserve is located at the end of Molonglo River Drive. It consists of a community block, water reserve (declared in the late 19th century) and public reserve, including the wetland area at the confluence of the Molonglo River and Stoney Creek. No development has yet been undertaken but water bug surveys are carried out here in autumn and spring.
